Three days lead time would be great. In the checkout, simply pop in the date you would like your order.
Current pick up is: 1 Tewkesbury avenue, Darlinghurst, NSW, Australia. It's a 2 minute walk from Kings Cross station or there is plenty of loading parking zones in the front. When you arrive in your 30minute time slot, just message or call me and I will come down with the cake. More info here.
I use 'Cake Hero' couriers and they calculate the price based on the distance from Darlinghurst. More info here.
I'll include an ice pack for your pick up or delivery to keep your cake cool. If you have a icepack bag that would be great to store your cake in as well.
Because of the fresh cream on the cake, please store your cake in the fridge til you are ready to serve it.
Because the cake is so soft, its best to use a bread knife to 'saw' the cake, rather than using a normal knife to cut into it, as it may squish the air of out the chiffon.
The boba pearls should be warm enough to last 3 hours. If you intend to eat it later, you can always soften up the boba pearls by popping it into a microwave for 30-60 seconds.
It's up to you! You can either pour the boba pearls on top of the cake, or individually scoop out pearls and syrup on top.
